How many flavors can I combine?
You can combine up to four flavors per drink.
How long does it take for my order?
We make all of our beverages fresh to order! Boba are best ordered at least an hour ahead of time, but large group orders or certain items should be ordered as soon as possible to ensure full ingredient availability.

Zen Boba is owned and operated by a single individual. If we receive too many orders at once, or when another order was already placed for that time, we may need to reschedule you to make sure you get our greatest attention and quality every time. We will communicate with you fully to reschedule your order.

What's the difference between Thai Coffee and Vietnamese Coffee?
Thai Coffee is brewed with almond and hand-ground cardamom. This leaves a spiced, aromatic and lingering flavor on the tongue that is a uniquely enjoyable experience. Vietnamese Coffee is a mix of Robusta, Arabica, and Cocoa which provides a powerful, full-bodied and deep flavor. It is also brewed in its own special way, making a stronger drink, very similar to espresso in its thickness and power.
Can you offer sugar-free alternatives for boba and sweetened condensed milk?
We sure can! Just order ahead of time to give us time to prepare your drink to meet your dietary needs.

Due to special circumstances and being a small business, Zen Boba hours vary. Please call or text to see if we are open.
Do you have a physical location?
Not yet! But with your support and business we are always working to save for our first physical location.
What if I have other dietary needs?
Just ask! We will do what we can to suit your tastes and needs.
Why don't you accept tips?
Zen Boba believes that the customer should be able to enjoy a drink and give us feedback to improve. As our business grows, we will ensure fair pay for our employees is included in our drink prices.
What is "Flip It!"?
Other coffee and tea shops usually put a splash of tea or coffee for flavor into an otherwise milk-based drink. This results in a creamier, but less caffeinated, beverage. Zen Boba's main method of drink creation is to provide you with more tea or coffee. Flipping a beverage means we provide more milk-to-base ratio, resulting in a creamier drink. This is a great option for those who would like a creamy or less-caffeinated drink, or if you are choosing subtle flavors like Toasted Marshmallow or Chocolate. Our coffee is quite strong, so flipping a coffee based drink will make it sweeter and smoother than a strong and perkier coffee.
Do you have a loyalty program or app?
We do provide a loyalty card to our customers with their purchase, and if you purchase ten (10) drinks, you have earned a free 12 ounce drink with boba! There is no app yet, but keep an eye open as we grow!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.
Will you provide large group orders or catering for my party/event/office meeting?
Sure! Let's chat and talk about how we can best serve your needs. I can even provide you with a short menu created just for your event, and we can discuss customer pricing or bulk pre-pay pricing. From large group deliveries to making drinks whipped up to perfection right in front of your guests or colleagues, Zen Boba can provide!
